The Schedule is Here!

You may have noticed some changes to the website lately. As we approach the big day (less than five weeks to go!) there's now a lot more information about what to expect on April 23. If you go to the menu on the left-hand side of the homepage you'll see a bunch of new pages detailing the various panels that we have put together, what's going on in the ballroom, and other useful information about parking, food, and accommodation. We'll be putting all this good stuff into individual blog posts in the forthcoming weeks, but it's all here for you, whenever you need it.

Most importantly of all, we're delighted to present the schedule of Saturday's events. This will allow you to plan your day of literary treats. There are usually six different events going on simultaneously, so yes, there will be some difficult choices to make. 

We've sought to divide the day into blocks, the idea being that you should be able to see a different author or panel in each block. Two things to remember:

(1) There are no tickets to Saturday's events and everything is on a first-come, first-served basis.

(2) Every venue will have to clear completely before the next audience comes in. In other words, you won't be able to save your seat from one event to the next. 

We've also sought to stagger start times so that if you are unable to get into one event, there should be another one starting shortly thereafter which you can get to. We've also put up a map which will help you find your way around the Stephens campus.
