Festival Information

Author Conversations. We like to put writers together and get them to talk. Unbound is all about interaction – both between authors, and with the audience. We’ve paired a range of wonderful authors to discuss a wide variety of subjects. Click here for more details.

Panels. Our panels are the heart of the festival. Click here for more details.

Poetry. The only thing better than reading exquisite poetry is listening to exquisite poetry read by the person who wrote it. If you’ve never attended a poetry reading before, do try it. It might just change your life. See the schedule for poetry readings.

Special Events. We’ve got solo presentations, podcasts, workshops, even a movie!  Click here for more details.

Write On! Our second whole-day mini-fest for writers is on Sunday at Stephens College. Click here for more details.

Q and A. At every event a significant amount of time will be dedicated to Q and A. We do ask that you keep your questions until the designated time.

Books. Books by all festival authors are available for purchase at Skylark Bookshop, 22 South 9th Street.

Merch. Festival merch is available for sale all day Saturday at Shortwave Coffee on 9th Street. We have exclusive hoodies, bags, pens, hats, tops, T-shirts – and, of course, our famous George Saunders-approved “Unbound Will Save the World” T-shirts.
