Please welcome our newest board member, Briana Cato!

We’re very pleased to welcome the latest addition to our Board, Briana Cato.

Cato is a writer, dancer and organizer from Chicago, Il. After completing undergrad in Business Administration at Mizzou, she took a step away from corporate work to invest in building a brighter community for the future. Understanding that the youth of today are the future, she enjoys spending her time volunteering with the Louder Than A Bomb high school poetry competition. She is also involved in Columbia’s One Mic Poetry Collective where she loves performing dance and poetry in the community. Working with the Unbound Book Festival allows her to bridge her areas of interest and promote literature in the community. Briana has hopes to one day be a featured writer in the festival.
